There was a time during the Revolutionary War when Yankee Doodle was sung by the British as an insult. When you go to parody somebody, don't use anything your enemy could use to promote himself.
And we're quite sure that's a parody? Or just the caption along the top...
It seems to be just the caption along the top (and later at the bottom). If you go to their website, they've got the same YouTube video, but without those captions. They appear to be sincere.
Although their description of Palin as "articulate" makes me wonder.
Here is another copy of the original. In short you were lied to, and libeled by implication. The implication being that you are too stupid to look into the matter and would accept what the top caption said.
OK, to avoid confusion (rather than just deleting your dumb comment) I'll explain it in plain English.
This is an ad made by some crazy people (it is one of two ads, as far as I know) who felt the need to make sure that Sarah Palin knows she is loved by them.
It is not a parody. By calling it a parody, I'm making a funny joke. I once put up a video just showing Sarah Palin talking and called THAT a parody. That was funny too.
Actually Greg, it shows how deep in despite you hold Sarah Palin that you would think something like this would be effective parody. Critical thinking is not something you reserve for liberally acceptable subjects.
Alan: Let me explain again. This video is not parody. It is pathetic. In calling it parody, I am expressing my disdain for Sarah Palin and every single person who thinks it is perfectly OK to have suggested (and worked towards) placing a poorly educated inexperienced ideologue who belongs to an apologetically cult in charge of my country.

Now thats FUNNY! Beautiful.
One never knows where one is going to find the actual parody...

peter - also the caption along the bottom which appears at 0:52.

Oh, Alan, you can be so annoying.

OK, everybody on the same page?
That is all.
