The Mothership posted a picture of all of her sciencebloggers here -- can you find me?
More like this
APOD got some attention yesterday with this stunning photo of a supercell thunderstorm several kilometers wide, brooding over a Montana field:
Fresh off the presses from the mothership.
Tonight, it was the Mothership Wit.
Yep! Yer an owl!
OOOO! you blew my cover!
That wasn't so hard; some of us might had expected a black-capped lory, I suppose, instead of an owl. If I had a spot at ScienceBlogs, I might want to have been depicted either as an African grey or a crow, but given my job, a salmon might be more appropriate.
Sheesh, I went over that picture three times and never even thought to position my cursor over that owl.
Nice! My first time through that portrait, I thought they'd forgotten you. But, sure enough, there you are.
That is sooooo cooool! Hope you are doing well.
I was expecting someone taller...
At least you weren't drawn as a mangy gorilla.
Bob
And at least you weren't drawn in a straitjacket.
(An owl in a straitjacket? Interesting mental image...)
I thought they'd have a real picture of you because of the photo of you on the interview page... I ended up only finding you by mistake.
