I don't want to be crass... but the connotations of 'Carnival' (ie, lots of greasy fried food and then going on dizzying rides) kind of juxtaposes *oddly* with serious discussion of eating disorders...
An interesting article coming at a time when I am facing the change in my lifestyle to repair and avoid further osteoporosis. I also remember the milk people claiming that a glass of milk a day helps keep weight at bay.
I wonder if these people have an eating disorder. They seem to be gluttons for punishment (as it were).
