I grew up there and can't even tell.

Try to get out of town if you get a chance. Finland gets even better the farther away you get from Helsinki, I swear.

the leaves on the plant looks very similar to "columbine meadow rue" Thalictrum aquilegiifolium. native range includes europe and asia. can't wait for the real answer (i nothing about european wildflowers) but wanted to join in and hazard a guess.
