Black-and-white warbler, based on the stripes on the back, the head pattern, the long, downward-curving beak, and the nuthatch-like creeping behavior.

What a neat shot!

Black and White Warblers are off da HOOOOOOOK. You're all like "Oh snap, a white-breasted nuthatch" and then BAM! you're wrong. Black and White Warbler iz nuthatch-like bark-creepin' all over your face.

It's hard to top Sam's description, but yeah, it's black and white, it's a little needle-billed warbler, and it's on the underside of a branch.
