Those of you who are Harry Potter fans will LOVE this! This is the first trailer from the penultimate installment of the Harry Potter films; Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I, which will hit theaters on November 19th, 2010 [it's being released in Belgium on 17 November, so guess where I'll go to watch it on opening night?]. And it looks like the entire film will be offered in IMAX 3D and in 3D, too! Yeow!! I am exciiited and I'll bet you are too! And here's the first trailer, hot off the presses, with only a few hundred views so far!
Part 1 begins as Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction-the Horcruxes. On their own, without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore, the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever. But there are Dark Forces in their midst that threaten to tear them apart.
Meanwhile, the wizarding world has become a dangerous place for all enemies of the Dark Lord. The long-feared war has begun and Voldemort's Death Eaters seize control of the Ministry of Magic and even Hogwarts, terrorizing and arresting anyone who might oppose them. But the one prize they still seek is the one most valuable to Voldemort: Harry Potter. The Chosen One has become the hunted one as the Death Eaters search for Harry with orders to bring him to Voldemort... alive.
Harry's only hope is to find the Horcruxes before Voldemort finds him. But as he searches for clues, he uncovers an old and almost forgotten tale-the legend of the Deathly Hallows. And if the legend turns out to be true, it could give Voldemort the ultimate power he seeks.
Little does Harry know that his future has already been decided by his past when, on that fateful day, he became "the Boy Who Lived." No longer just a boy, Harry Potter is drawing ever closer to the task for which he has been preparing since the day he first stepped into Hogwarts: the ultimate battle with Voldemort.

I believe that The Deathly Hollows was one of the most horrible novels in the collection. Consequently, I am not incredibly excited about the new movie
Oh yeah. Totally excited about 3D. Excited about having to convince anyone that I want to see this with that I actually see movies better if they aren't 3D and can we please go to a non-3D session? Excited that the 3D and non-3D sessions are never at the same time, so I can't even compromise that way. Thanks, trendy crap (3D).
i bet number 1 is twifan...well, still trending for 24 hours and most of them are 98 percent positive....so yeah, it gave me goosebumps...and I can't wait...
Being one of those people that canât see in 3-D all this fuss about 3-D movies & TVs is tiring. (I understand the fuss, but it's not as if I'm ever going to get anything out of it!) I even wrote a post whinging about it :-) (I also took the opportunity to talk about wiggle stereoscopy as I didn't want to look like a complete whinger.)
Let's hope that they aren't sacrificing any quality in the movie for the sake of 3-D, because I'll be seeing it in 2-D no matter what they do.
I can't w8 to watch this part bt no 1 can compare harry to twilight
