Honestly, did you really 'miss' it?
Does an hour at the airport count as a 'visit'?
Coturnix, I only counted places where I got out of the airport and spent money at a non-airport establishment. I actually connected on a flight through Vegas but did not count it as 'visiting' Nevada.
Stogoe, I'd actually love to get to the Reno/Tahoe wilderness but I understand that even the Mount Charleston area makes for good hiking within a short drive from Vegas.
