Over the span of the Festival weekend (April 15-17), 365,000 people attended the FREE USA Science & Engineering Festival! Our mission is to stimulate and sustain the interest of our nation’s youth in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by producing and presenting the most compelling, exciting, and educational Festival in the world. Once again, the largest celebration of STEM was a great success thanks to the Festival's amazing sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and performers!
Attendees had the opportunity to experience over 3,000 hands-on STEM activities, engage in presentations with some of the biggest names in science and engineering, hear stories of inspiration and courage and rock out to science during our incredible stage show performances. Our stage shows featured a LIVE from Space Downlink with NASA Astronaut Jeff Williams, They Might Be Giants, Steve Spangler, Science Bob, The Franklin Institute Traveling Science Show, NASA Chief Scientist Ellen Stofan and much more! We hope you had as much fun as we did!
The Festival would like to thank all of our sponsors, including Founding and Presenting Host Lockheed Martin, for supporting our efforts to produce the nation's largest celebration of STEM!
