I had some stress-related over-eating, which isn't (obviously) a good coping mechanism, but in general, I'm doing better.

I've been watching this while I work on my own weight issues. I started with a nearly pound/day loss, but now it amazes me how many days in a row I can stay at the exact same weight. I'm happy to be feeling better, but I'd be happier with a slight daily loss at this point.
