Wide Range Of Sleep-related Disorders Associated With Abnormal Sexual Behaviors, Experiences:

A paper published in the June 1st issue of the journal SLEEP is the first literature review and formal classification of a wide range of documented sleep-related disorders associated with abnormal sexual behaviors and experiences. These abnormal sexual behaviors, which emerge during sleep, are referred to as "sleepsex" or "sexsomnia".

Why Patients With Obstructive Sleep Apnea Are At Higher Risk For Cardiovascular Disease:

Researchers have found that patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) have higher levels of a type of dead cells (apoptotic cells) from the lining (endothelium) of their blood vessels circulating in their bloodstream than people who do not have OSA. Before my OSA was diagnosed and treated, I blogged a lot. I haven't been able to keep up a blog since I got my CPAP.

Maybe the blogging was just sublimated sexsomnia.

Hmmm.. I don't know about that HP, but I've noticed a direct correlation between blogging more and sleeping less.

Need more time in the blogosphere to pursue this hypothesis..
