Not so long ago, the four existing anthropology bloggers were wondering "where are the others?" Now, there are so many that one can pick the Top 100 and still leave some excellent blogs out! Check them out. Who is missing from the list?

The Four Stone Hearth blog carnival is coming up here at Aardvarchaeology on Wednesday 17 January. 4SH is about anthropology in the widest American sense: the study of humankind, throughout all times and places.
And now, it is time for the April 1st edition of Four Stone Hearth, the four field Anthropological Blog Carnival.
Eric Michael Johnson has a Bachelors degree in Anthropology and a Masters in Evolutionary Anthropology.
I like that they broke out the list in different sections, so it's easier to view. I bookmarked the list. Thanks for posting!

Who is missing? All of those written in languages other than English. Anthropology, for those who needed to be reminded, is not and never was an English-only field.
That is correct and goes without saying. This was intentionally made as a Top 100 English-language blogs, I understand, as people assembling the list could not assess blogs in all the world's languages.
Yes, it does go without saying, in fact it's not even mentioned as a fact, so you're right. I doubt they were able to really assess the blogs in English either, and I say that as an anthropology blogger who writes in English. I have no idea what the basis for assessment of "top" was either.
