Tomorrow I'll be giving a talk in Westport, Connecticut, based in part on my new book on human origins. I'll be talking about Hobbits, natural selection in our own time, and more (accompanied by visuals). The talk is part of the Westport Library's excellent lecture series. It will be at 7:30 and is…
I'm going to be opening my mouth again on Thursday in Minneapolis — I'll be giving a talk in MCB 3-120 on the Minneapolis campus at 7:30 on Thursday, 3 December. This will be open to the public, and it will also be an all-science talk, geared for a general audience. I'd say they were going to check…

Quick note to those of you who may not have been to the Guilford Library for a few months (or years)- it's not where you think it is! Due to an extensive renovation, the building on the Guilford Green is closed and thus the library is temporarily located off Goose Lane (I-95 Exit 59). Click on the link which Carl provided for more details.

Will you be making available a transcript of the talk or will Guilford Free Libray do this?

Well, I'm a tad late for your talk, but I spend way too much time on the roads between NY and Boston; now that I Know Where You Live, maybe I could buy you a beer some time.
