Bora from A Blog Around the Clock tagged me in the Eight Random Facts Meme.
Here are the rules:
1. Players start with 8 random facts about themselves.
2. Those who are tagged should post these rules and their 8 random facts.
3. Players should tag 8 other people and notify them they have been
tagged.
I honestly can't think of 8 people to tag but here go my random facts:
1.I've never had a pet
2.As a teenager I wanted to become a nun
3.I'm from Ghana (this is not really random but most people don't know that about me)
4.I love to travel but hate to fly
5.Until last month I had never been to a music concert
6.I've been to the Tropic of Capricorn
7.I adore all things French
8.I still read Archie comics (wow, I'm such a geek!)

I got tagged by Steve Poceta -(if you are more interested in sleep disorders than circadian clocks in funny animals, his blog is more interesting to you than mine) to participate in the Eight Random Facts Meme. Here are the rules:

I've been brutally tagged by Brian, who seeks to infect my mind with a blog meme that demands eight random facts as an offering to the blog gods:
1. Players start with 8 random facts about themselves.
2. Those who are tagged should post these rules and their 8 random facts.
3. Players should tag 8…
Bora tagged me--and, as we all know, saying no to Bora means courting bad karma. So, we're gonna play a game. I will tell you 8 things about myself likely better left unsaid (see below) and then I will tag 8 other people and try to persuade them to do the same. Why? It's about sharing, people.…
What changed your mind about becoming a nun?
I'm guessing it either had something to do with going to the Tropic of Capricorn or the Archie comics.
Well, I was very extreme as a teen. But then I grew up and grew out of it :)
How old were you when you came to the U.S. from Ghana?
I miss Archie, by the way, now I have the urge to go out and buy some of those comics! ;)
Archie-reading qualifies you as a dork, not a geek. Sorry.
To Anne-Marie- I was 16 when I came to the U.S. for college
To Tegumai- :)
