Mrs. Coturnix and I (amidst all of the packing and cleaning), are also celebrating our anniversary today. I just put some champaign to chill and, just in time for this, the mailman brought us something to drink out of:

Brought to you from the same folks who make serotonin earrings. Well, geeks like us need to know exactly what we're drinking....

Congratulations! My wife and I have both been scientists, professors, authors. Nonacademics can't realize what a balancing act is required to be married and concurrently productive in research and publications. 21 years in our case.

I went to the 60th wedding anniversary of a great aunt and great-uncle. I asked her: "What is it like to be married to the same man for 60 years?"

Her answer is slightly chronobiological: "He's not the same man!"

(__)> Cheers!

The best to the best, Mr. & Mrs. Couternix.

Thank you all! It's all packed (except for the computer) and our oddyssey starts in a couple of hours.

Champaign was delicious and it was fun looking at the real bubbles against the etched bubbles of the glass.
