Well, I was briefly offline, but I guess I'm back just in time: The Thermal Vent is spewing obsessively...

Though I am a scientist, I don't do a lot of science blogging (in the public sector, and so I'm a bit nervous about it). But I do blog about politics, and parrots.

Avid readers here! (We're a bit on the wild side, though.) But on the upside, we pick on IDiots all the time!

And you'll note that we're the only blog at Skepchick with the NSFW tag! That's gotta count for something, right?
